罗志军（副院长、博士、副教授）

    罗志军，1977年生，博士，副教授，主要研究方向为最优化算法及应用、稀疏模型、图像信号处理、数学建模、数学教育教学研究等，现为湖南省数学学会理事、湖南省运筹学学会理事。
